So for me, Tales of the Bizarro World was essential reading. He can do no wrong in my eyes (even if the quality of his stories vary drastically). I search out anything he's been featured in and just devour it. I bought into Bizarro as a character almost immediately. ![]() I can understand if people hate him for that very same reason. Bizarro represents opposite of Superman (and by extension, humanity) simply because watching a superpowered doofus bungle his way through life is funny! Well, it is to me anyway. There are no morals to these stories, nor do they carry any emotional weight. ![]() He isn't forcing us to contemplate the line that separates heroes and villains. This collection is essentially a one-note joke that is repeated ad nauseam.īizarro isn't meant to be taken seriously.
